1. Payment terms are strictly within 30 days.
2. It is the organisation’s responsibility to ensure necessary artwork is supplied before 1 November 2024.
3. Cancellation of bookings prior to 1 October 2025, no charge will be incurred.
4. Cancellation of bookings between 1 October to 1 November 2025 will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
5. Cancellation of bookings after 1 November 2025 will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
